When changing materials,emptify the former materials, raise the temp by 10°C or so, put in the detergent, keep low-speed high back pressure until evenly plasticized, stop the screw rod for 5 to 10 mins, then emptify it with low-speed high back pressure melt mode. Repeat the above action until there is no motley color.
Input the new material that will be used in the production and flush the cleaning agent out.
When cleaning the hot runner, raise its temp by 20 to 30°C, open the mold under low-speed high back pressure mode, then operate acc. to Step 1.

Remark:
Generally, amount equal to 1 to 2 barrel is sufficient.
